Hello,
      I am getting the following Warnings and Errors on my console while
generating the PDF from xsl:fo file.
My question is what is this "Sum of fixed column widths 198424 greater than
maximum specified IPD 141732" warning ?
How do I specify the IPD value and what is this IPD ?

What is this "[ERROR] At least one of minimum, optimum, or maximum IPD must
be specified on table." ?
How do I specify it ?

[INFO] [2]
