今天很高兴上完网之后就出现了很严重的问题，关机的时候出现了蓝屏，并显示提示如下：

A  problem  has  been  detected  and  windows  has  been  shut  down  to prevent
damage  to  your  comprter.

If  this  is  the  first  time  you've  seen  this  stop  error  follo  these  steps:

check  to  make  sure  any  new  hardware  or  software  is  properly  installed.If  this  is  a  new  installation,ask  your  hardware  or  sofrware  manufacturer  for  any
windows  ypdates  you  might  need. If  problems  contiue  ,disable  or  remove  any  newly  installed  hardware  or  software  .  Disable  memory  options  such  as
caching  or  shadowing . If  you  need  to  use  safe  mode  to  remove  or  disable
components,restart  your  computer  press F8  to  selecy  Advanced  startup  options, and  the  select  safe  Mode.

我已经试过删掉一部分软件，但都没有用，并且我没有设置还原点，现在很头痛，
