第二届系统工程与计算机仿真国际会议（2nd SECS -2014）将于2014年10月17日-18日在中国香港举行，大会由沈阳博思教育咨询有限公司承办。本次会议将邀请计算机应用工程领域众多国内外专家、学者以及业界同行和学生进行互动交流，为加快我国计算机应用工程的发展，把握学科的发展方向和国际前沿，推动管计算机应用理论与实践的融合，促进各方的学术交流与合作。我们热忱邀请您和您的研究团队参加本次会议！

2. 征文要求
（1）会议语言用英语，请务必使用英文撰写论文。所投论文应在国内外未曾公开发表过，在理论或应用研究方面有创新观点。论文须严格按照要求撰写，格式模版请参见http://www.issecs.org/chs.html
